Terms of use

1. Access to and use of the Site implies full acceptance of the GTU. All users of the Site (hereinafter the "User") are invited to read the GCU carefully before using the Site.

2. Intellectual property The Site and its content (notably texts, images, graphics, logos, trademarks, etc.) are the exclusive property of SecretSun or its partners. They are protected by French and international intellectual property laws.

Any reproduction, representation, modification, adaptation, translation, commercial exploitation or not, partial or integral, of all or part of the Site or its contents, without the prior written authorization of SecretSun, is strictly forbidden and constitutes an infringement punishable by law.

3. Use of the Site The User undertakes to use the Site in accordance with the GCU and applicable laws and regulations.

Users are responsible for their use of the Site and its content. The User undertakes not to use the Site to:

• Infringe the rights of SecretSun or any third party (in particular intellectual property rights, rights to privacy, image, reputation, etc.);
• Disseminate content that is illicit, harmful, defamatory, abusive, obscene, pornographic, violent, etc. ;
• Disrupt the normal operation of the Site, for example by introducing viruses, worms, Trojan horses, logic bombs, etc. ;
• Attempt to circumvent the security measures in place on the Site;
• Use the Site for commercial purposes without the prior written consent of SecretSun.

4. SecretSun reserves the right to modify the TOS at any time without notice. Modifications will be published on the Site and will be applicable as soon as they are put online.

5. Applicable law and disputes The GCU are governed by French law. Any dispute relating to the use of the Site shall be submitted to the competent courts of Paris, unless otherwise provided by law.
