Terms of Sales

1. Introduction These general terms and conditions of sale (hereinafter referred to as the "GTCS") govern the contractual relationship between SecretSun, whose registered office is located at 16 traverse beau site, 13011 Marseille, France, registered with the Paris Trade and Companies Registry, and any individual or legal entity (hereinafter referred to as the "Customer") wishing to make a purchase from the www.secretsun.fr website (hereinafter referred to as the "Site").

2. Purpose The purpose of the GCS is to define the conditions under which SecretSun offers its products for sale on the Site and the terms and conditions under which the Customer may place an order and receive the Products.

3. Products: The Products offered for sale on the Site are sunglasses. The Products are described on the Site as accurately as possible.

4. Orders: The Customer may place an order on the Site. The order can only be registered on the Site if the Customer has created an account and identified him/herself by providing the requested information.

The Customer must complete the online order form, indicating the Products he/she wishes to purchase, as well as all the information required for delivery of the Products.

The Customer must check the accuracy of the order before confirming it.

SecretSun reserves the right to refuse any order from a Customer with whom there is a dispute relating to the payment of a previous order.

5. Price and payment The prices of the Products are indicated on the Site in euros, inclusive of all taxes and delivery charges.
Payment for Products is made by credit card. The Customer guarantees that he/she is the holder of the bank card used to pay for the Products and that he/she has the necessary funds to pay for the order.

6. Delivery The Products ordered are delivered to the address indicated by the Customer at the time of ordering, or to the nearest post office. SecretSun is responsible for all delivery charges.
Delivery times are given as an indication only. In the event of late delivery, the Customer may not cancel the order.

In the event of loss or deterioration of the Products during transport, SecretSun undertakes to reimburse the Customer or to send new Products, at its discretion.

7. Right of withdrawal The Customer has a period of 14 days from receipt of the Products to exercise his right of withdrawal, without having to give reasons or pay penalties.
The Customer must inform SecretSun of his decision to withdraw by sending an e-mail to Secretsunk@gmail.com. SecretSun will send the Customer an acknowledgement of receipt of the withdrawal request.
