Refund Policy

1. Return policy: We accept returns up to 14 days after receipt. After that, we unfortunately cannot offer refunds or exchanges.

2. Refunds: We offer a full refund for any item returned 14 days after receipt. Once we have received your returned item, we will conduct a review and notify you by e-mail of receipt of the returned item and approval or rejection of your refund.

3. Ineligible items: Items that have been used, altered or damaged by the customer are not eligible for a refund.

4. Return process: To return a damaged item, please contact us at the following e-mail address: Secretsunk@gmail.com. We will provide you with a return address for the damaged item and ask you to send us a photo of the item to assess the damage.

5. Return shipping costs: Please note that you will be responsible for return shipping costs.
